Precious Plate is installing a new state of the art electroplating R&D facility right across the street from its current facility.   We will have extended capabilities to investigate and develop new processes and electroplating technologies while improving our present capabilities, which will assist us in remaining at the forefront in the field of selective electroplating.

A combination of modern mechanical, analytical, test and electro-chemical equipment will make it possible for Precious Plate to begin research, utilizing small scale laboratory development for new techniques. This will allow us to then further develop these techniques into practice via the new R&D plating line, where new technologies can be consistently tested and developed without disturbing the production facility.

Utilizing these advancements allows Precious Plate to support our customers more efficiently and cost effectively on a much larger scale, while highlighting us as a continuing example of cutting edge technology in the selective electroplating field.
